Pre and post treatment recommendations are just as important as the treatment itself. Here are the measures you hould take to ensure optimal results:
– Avoid exercise directly before a session. It will be harder to cool the body down and complete the CryoToning® effectively.
– Maintain the best possible diet and lifestyle to accompany the treatment. Please ensure that you drink enough water (half your body weight in ounces is the typical recommendation) every day while your client is on a Cryoskin™ Treatment Plan.
– Following a Cryoskin Slimming session, you should not eat any sugar for at minimum 2 hours before and after the session. If possible, avoid all sugars for 4-5 hours before and after the session. The reason for this is that sugar is a strong power source for fat cells.
